Terms of Service for Liriche Arrears App

Welcome to the Liriche Arrears App. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Liriche Arrears App (“App”), owned and operated by Liriche (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided to help users manage, track, and make payments towards arrears (overdue amounts).
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to act on behalf of the account or policy holder.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the App.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You may not use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

3. Payments and Transactions

Payments made through the App are processed via third-party payment service providers.
By initiating a payment, you authorise us to share necessary information with these providers.
Payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that your account is fully settled; please refer to your official account statements for confirmation.

4. Data and Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and intellectual property on the App are owned by Liriche or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or that it will be free from errors or viruses.
In no event will Liriche be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
